Membership
Cartel membership is offered at our discretion and may be paused, declined, or revoked if a member acts in a way that harms the community. Members agree to treat each other with respect and good faith.
Supporters
Supporter arrangements are confirmed in writing on a case-by-case basis. Benefits described on the site are illustrative; the specifics of any particular arrangement are what governs.
Content & intellectual property
All Cartel branding, logos, and original content on this site belong to Midwest Creative Cartel. Member and supporter work shared in the community remains the property of its creators.
Conduct
Harassment, hate, spam, and bad-faith behavior aren't welcome. We reserve the right to remove anyone, anytime, for any of the above.
Disclaimer
The site and community are provided "as is" without warranty. We do our best, but we can't promise uptime, accuracy, or specific outcomes from membership or events.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
